I want to take time to thank you for getting us out of our home. As if turns out my husband has terminal cancer and I by myself could not take care of such a home. You were quick an efficient and saw to every detail. You made things so easy for us and I thank you. To add, you also gave us the top dollar for what the house was worth knowing all that was wrong with it. I hope things work out the best for you and the sale of the house. I soon hope to see new owners move in because it is a very good house to live in.
